Our Story

It all begins in 2015 with the intuition of the perfect fry. Ten years later, Nouryla delivers more than 250 clients every day in Île-de-France from its Trappes site: fresh fries and ultra-fresh bakery, made on-site.

Our Origins

Nouryla was born of an intuition

In 2015, Hédi (former restaurateur) and Abdallah (engineer) made the same observation: fresh fries are massively in demand from consumers, yet paradoxically very hard for B2B professionals to source. From this intuition emerged the first fresh-potato processing plant in Île-de-France.

In 2019, guided by the same values of freshness and quality, we integrated our own bakery workshop: burger buns, bagels, hot-dog and Philly buns, all produced the same day. We now master the entire winning combo of premium quick-service catering.

Today, Nouryla brings together two strong brands (Kroustis for fries and Noblépis for bakery) and delivers more than 250 clients every day from its Trappes site (Paris region), with an in-house fleet and a team of 21 committed members.

Full traceability from raw-material reception to the end consumer. Short supply chain with our local growers and regular laboratory testing.

HACCP applied strictly and a certification trajectory toward ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000. Quality is non-negotiable: it is the promise we keep with more than 250 clients every day.

Innovation

MAP project to extend fries shelf life from 7 to 12-15 days, in-house water treatment unit to recycle production water, liquid eggs to eliminate sanitary risks: we innovate to deliver further and cleaner.

Local roots

Single site in Trappes (Paris region), partner growers in short supply chain, route optimization to reduce the carbon footprint and food-waste recovery: a responsible manufacturer, rooted in its region.

Today

Semi-industrial excellence & local roots

Single site in Trappes (Paris region), capacity of 3.5 tonnes of fries per hour and 8,000 bakery pieces per day. More than 250 clients delivered daily in Île-de-France and bordering regions by our in-house fleet. 21 team members (bakers, fries operators, maintenance technician, drivers and sales-support team) committed to a concrete CSR approach: short supply chain, full traceability, laboratory testing and waste recovery.
